Our Hands On Staging Service
We will do as little or as much as you would like! … Typically our clients tackle some of the basic prep work (de-cluttering, packing up personal items, cleaning etc.) as outlined in our Staging Plan. We can then complete the balance of the plan with furniture placement editing and augmentation and accessorizing to create an open flow and accent the most important aspects of the property.
Don't be fooled ...There’s much more to staging a house than rearranging or throwing in some new furniture, hanging a couple of pictures, and placing some faux flowers on the staged dining room table. Anyone can do that.
We view your property from the “buyer’s eyes”... and place the finishing touch on your property using proven staging and design techniques. We maximize the appeal so a broader pool of buyers can imagine themselves living in your home, not the competitions.
We will bring in “WOW” Factor Inventory ... for those properties in need of some special accessories to help them show better, - to add color, appeal and accent the most important architectural aspects of the property. A small rental fee is applicable.
Your Investment ... is just $200. plus $85. per hour. Most properties require an average of between 4 to 8 hours of intense staging by our team.
Included ... is a complete photo disc review of the staged property for use in your marketing strategies.
For the “do it yourself” property owner … Our services are also available to you on an hourly rate for any follow up you may require, including advice, checking on your plan’s progress and property improvements or preparing for an open house at a Fee of just $85. per hour.
